Jisung was established on March 2003 to provide individualized and timely legal services to international and domestic clients. Our members, which include both Korean and International attorneys, have enriched legal experiences in securities, banking and finance, mergers and acquisition, intellectual properties, real estate, insurance, tax and other legal fields from such large law firms as Kim & Chang, Pooreun, Hwang, Mok & Park and others.

 

Our name, Jisung, in ancient characters means (士) Attorney, (心) Heart, (言) Promise, and (成) Accomplishment. Our name represents our aspirations and our future directions. Our name, Jisung, means that our Attorneys will put our Heart into Accomplishing our Promise to our clients.
